Coronavirus (COVID-2019)

If I book now but I am unable to go on my camping trip due to the coronavirus pandemic, will I get my money back?

If we are forced to close our campsites due to federal regulations, we will of course reimburse you the amount you paid in full.

As always, the health of our guests and employees is our top priority. You can read more about the rules in place at our TCS campsites here:

Whether with a tent, van or RV: wild camping is only permitted in Switzerland at certain locations and under very specific conditions. You can find our wild camping guide here: https://www.tcs.ch/en/camping-trips/camping-insider/guide/preparation/wild-camping-in-switzerland.php

Why can’t I choose a specific pitch when I book online? // Can I select the pitch number?

We recommend reserving in advance, especially during high season and on weekends. However, it is possible for you to camp without a reservation, provided there are still pitches available.

Are there any booking fees?

No, we do not charge booking fees.

Do I need to put down a deposit?

Yes, a deposit of CHF 200 is due when you book.
